Minutes
of 2010 Business Meeting!
1. Reunion Chairman, Huk
Tracy, opened our Biennial Business Meeting and recognized
everyone who helped make our Reunion a success.
2. Announcement of Treasurer,
Al Rosenberger,
retiring after many years of dedicated service to the Squadron.
Zane Maddox has
volunteered to assume duties as our new Treasurer.
3. Ron Fandrick
presented Al Rosenberger
with a leadership award for his service as Treasurer from 2002
through 2010.
4. Zane Maddox
sends greetings to all from
Arlen Trapp. He
also announced that the museum transportation and today's
breakfast was paid from generously donated funds to our Squadron
5. Huk advised that
Doug Curry,
professional photographer, will be taking pictures and will be
available at the banquet.
6.
Merle Arp, 2004 Reunion Chairman, announced that a
partnership committee, was formed five years ago, between
Baltimore and Bremerhaven to promote an immigration museum. More

7. Proposal (approved and voted on by those present) of annual
Squadron expenditures, to
Arlen Trapp and Ron
Fandrick for costs involved with our Website and
Administrative Records, phone calls and contacts.
8. Options for our next Reunion in 2012 included Tennessee;
Branson, MO; and Minneapolis, MN.
Arnie Olson
proposed Minneapolis as the location for our next biennial
Reunion, and volunteered to chair it with a September 2012 date.
Approved by those present.
9. Group
questions for Huk:
168 attended this Reunion; Squadron Donations @ $15.00
per year, should be sent to our new Treasurer:
Zane Maddox; 2214 Sundale Dr.; Rancho Cordova,
CA 95670. - The Squadron now has 2,200 members (1,200 have
E-mail addresses.); there are donated funds to help get our next
Reunion started.
10. Paul Meese
asked that a moment of silence be observed for those members (55)
who had passed away since our last Reunion in 2008.
