The room cost is only $89.00 per night + TAX. There is a shuttle available to the Holiday Inn from the airport at a cost of $14.00 per person.

Should you care to drive, parking at the hotel will be $11.00 per day. You will be responsible for booking your own hotel accommodations and paying for same.

If you experience any difficulty, please call the local Holiday Inn number, which is 1-916 446-0100. Reservation prices cannot be guaranteed if made after August 15, 2008.

"We regret to announce that our Reunion Chairman, Bert 'Frenchie' Fortier, passed away on January 3, 2008. Our condolences go out to Hilli and his family. Frenchie was one of the nicest guys you ever want to meet, and always had a great smile and friendly greeting for everyone he met. His hard work on this Reunion, and his personal dedication to the Squadron can never be duplicated. He was a special person that made all of our previous reunions better by his willingness to do anything to make everyone else have a good time. His giving of his time to photograph couples and to share many other photos on our Website will be remembered by everyone who knew him. We lost a great man, but have many wonderful memories."

This Reunion Committee, in addition to coordinating our 2008 Reunion, is responsible for pre-planning future Reunions.

Since our 2008 Reunion is the 2nd one in a row to be held out 'West', we've decided that we need to be conscious of location in order to accommodate our members living in the East and unable to attend, for financial or other reasons, We aren't getting any younger, and as we age, some with health issues, sometimes travel plans prohibit attendance. Consequently, we've decided to alternate Reunion locations, by proposing 3 Regions: PACIFIC, EASTERN, CENTRAL.

(2008) = Pacific Region Location (Sacramento, California).

(2010) = Eastern Region *A-Location (To be named at our 2008 Business Meeting).

(2012) = Central Region *B-Location (To be named either in 2008 or 2010 Business Meeting).

(2014) = Pacific Region *C-Location (To be named at a later date).

*B. Between the Mississippi River and the Rockies;
*C. West of the Rockies

Each year we lose a few more comrades, especially as we enter our 60s, 70s, and 80s, and sometimes due to health issues at even younger ages. The friendships we made at Bremerhaven are often the best we've ever experienced, and we need to get together and renew those friendships before we leave this old world. Our Reunions are the best places to do this and bring back the most important memories many of us ever have.

We invite everyone to consider hosting our future Reunions, and have a plan to present at our 2008 Business Meeting at Sacramento.

For 2010, we already have one possibility:
